The Cimon - Torquay

Set in an 1850’s detached Victorian building, The Cimon features a large patio garden, and a 30-foot outdoor swimming pool. Located in the heart of Torquay, the guesthouse offers free Wi-Fi and free parking.

All rooms are equipped with their own bathroom facilities, a flat-screen TV and teacoffee making facilities. Some of the rooms have panoramic south-facing sea views across the whole of Torbay and are also equipped with a DVD player and a small fridge.

The Cimon also features a licensed bar for residents. There is also a south-facing dining room overlooking the sun terrace & pool area.

The guesthouse is less than half a mile from Torquay’s sandy beaches and less than a mile from Torquay Rail Station. Agatha Christie used to reside in the town and the hotel is just an 8-minute walk from the Agatha Christie Mile, the location for a tour of her life and work.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:30.

Please note that the outdoor swimming pool is closed from 01 October to 30 April every year.

Superior Double or Twin Room. This spacious room comes with either a super king-size double or 2 single beds. It features an en suite bathroom, a flat-screen TV, a DVD & CD player and teacoffee making facilities. A fridge is provided. A travel cot or fold-out bed can be provided, with prior notice and for an additional fee. ;
Large Family Room (2 Adults + 2 Children). This large room has views across the bay and features an en-suite bathroom and a flat-screen TV. It also includes a small fridge, a seating area and teacoffee making facilities. ;
