Kindly note the there are 6 steps up to the front door and 12 steps down to the breakfast room which is not accessible by the lift. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment.

ACCESSIBILITY - The Riviera Town House is a 200 year old town house in the centre of Scarborough. Due to the age of the building some guests may experience difficulty navigating the stairways to the Breakfast Room and to the front door. There are 6 steps up to the front door. There are 12 steps down to the Breakfast Room which the lift does not access. There are also further internal stepsstairs which may be difficult to navigate. The passenger lift is from the ground floor tobedrooms. Our property may not be suitable for guests who have walking difficulties. Please contact us directly should you require more information.

PARKING - There is on street parking in the square outside the property. Sat Nav YO11 2ES [what3words:care.farms.ticket]. Please obtain a parking scratch card from Reception for £7.00 which is valid for the day of purchase and until 1.30p.m. the following day. Blue badge holders may park in this area free of charge.

Reservation is not possible in any of the above, however, guests should to be able to park happily in one of options.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
