3) There is no private parking with this apartment and a parking permit is provided for the local car parks. Please note the parking permit does not guarantee a parking space and at peak times during peak season Combe Martin can become busy.
4) PARKING PERMIT TERMS:
•The parking permit is valid inCombe Martin Council car parks only. It is available for use during your stay only. It will be in the apartment for you to collect on check in and MUST be returned to the apartment on check out.
•Failure to return the parking permit, or for a lost permit, a replacement charge will apply.
5) We have listed our property as suitable for an additional infant in addition to the two adult guests. You would need to provide your own travel cot. However please note there is not enough floor space in the bedroom for one and would have to be situated in the open plan lounge.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
