The Best Western Priory Hotel is an ideal getaway from the frenetic pace of modern life, offering value for money without compromising on quality.
The award-winning Garden Restaurant has a long-standing reputation for formal, yet relaxed, dining. The hotel also offers a wide range of room service and bar meals. There are limitations on dining facilities from the last week in November through to the end of December, although the hotel will endeavour to meet your requests.

Parking is free and the hotel offers spaces for over 50 cars. The Best Western Priory Hotel is within a 5-minute drive of the A14 and less than 15 minutes from the centre of Bury St Edmunds on foot.
The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.
Based on two adults sharing, children stay free if staying in parents room on a room only basis. Breakfast will be charged as taken. Full cancellation charge will be made for any booking cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival.
Please note that a major refurbishment and expansion works are in progress. The expansion includes a new 100 seat Restaurant and Bar Area, relocation of the Reception and Lounge Area and an additional 14 bedrooms at the Hotel. Whilst the refurbishment project does not affect any of current facilities within the Priory Hotel there may be some slight disruption of traffic movement and workers throughout the daytime only.
