The Gather Inn - Brighton & Hove

On the Brighton and Hove seafront, The Gather Inn is a fun place to eat, drink and stay. The property is located just 2 miles from Brighton city centre and overlooks Hove lagoon. The Gather Inn benefits from limited free on-street parking in surrounding roads.

There are 20 rooms, 16 of which are en-suite.rooms have a plasma TV with Freeview channels and teacoffee making facilities. We do not offer breakfastbrunch anymore, but there is two cafes just across the road from us.

The Gather Inn also has Seaview bar is a great place to relax and meet friends, we have a pool table, Plasma TVs and a range of board games.

At the Gather Inn you will find locally sourced, homemade food with many options on the menu. The bars offer a selection of wines, cocktails, real ales, craft beers, lagers and ciders. Guests benefit from various special offers and discounts.

Brighton Train Station is a 12-minute drive from The Gather Inn. Brighton Pier can be reached in 30 minutes by public transport.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:00.

Bookings for 6 or more guests are not permitted.

The Gather Inn perform a pre-authorisation on your creditdebit card to cover incidentals during your stay.

Parking instructions: park directly outside the property before the metres, or behind the building, for 4 hours free parking and then its free between 18:00 - 08:00. The roads opposite are also free from 12:00 -18

The reception is open until 10pm for check ins. After this, its possible to make arrangements for a self check in, however you must call us before 10pm for these arrangements to take place.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note thatSpecial Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Double Room with En-Suite. With an en-suite bathroom, this room offers a plasma Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The room offers one double bed and a sea view. ;
Quintuple Room with En-Suite. This room has 3 singe beds and a sofa bed and can accommodate up to 5 guests. An extra bed may be available at an additional charge, please request. The sofa bed is made available if booked for 3 or 4 guests. Please note sofa beds are best suited to either one adult, one adult and a child, or two children. The room also have a city view. ;
Standard Triple Room. With an en-suite bathroom, this room offers a plasma Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The room contains 3 single beds, but a double bed is also possible. ;
Quadruple Room with En-Suite and Sea View. The quadruple room features a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe, as well as a private bathroom boasting a shower and a hairdryer. The unit has 4 beds. ;
Family Suite with En-Suite and Balcony. With an en-suite bathroom and a balcony, this suite offers a plasma Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. It contains 2 single beds, 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. The sofa bed is made available if booked for 3 or 4 guests. Please note sofa beds are best suited to either one adult, one adult and a child, or two children. ;
Twin Room with Private External Bathroom and Balcony. With a private external bathroom, this room offers a plasma Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The room has two single beds and the balcony and the bathroom are connected by a door. ;

The sofa bed is made available if booked for 3 or 4 guests. Please note sofa beds are best suited to either one adult, one adult and a child, or two children. ;
Basic Twin Room. This room offers a plasma Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The room has access to a shared bathroom. The room is facing the town and it contains twin beds. ;
Standard Triple Room with Sea View. The room contains a double bed and a chair bed. The chair bed is only made available if booked for 3 guests. Please note the chair bed is a temporary bed setup which is best suited to one adult or one child. The room has a sea view. ;
Double or Twin Room with En-Suite. The twin room provides a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe, as well as a private bathroom featuring a shower and a hairdryer. This twin room features a double bed or two single beds, a carpeted floor, heating, a TV and city views. ;
Superior Double or Twin Room with En-Suite. Please be advised this room has a low ceiling, meaning a height restriction of 63" (190 cm). Superior rooms are also located on the top floor, with no lift, making them unsuitable for guests with mobility issues. ;
Family Room with En-Suite and Sea View. The quadruple room provides a sofa, heating, as well as a private bathroom featuring a shower and a hairdryer. The quadruple room features carpeted floors, a seating area with a TV, a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe as well as sea views.
